The winner of any flat race after publication of weights to carry penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a* further penalty of 51b, or if he think fit the handicapper may rehandicap the winner of any race'or races of the collective value of £150 or over after declaration o2 weights. Definition of a Hack. _ Hack means, a horse that has not, at time of nomination, won a race of the value of 80 soys or over or races of the collective Talue of 200 srivs. Nominations, Weights and Acceptances. Nominations for all races, and entries for the Mai'.ien Scurry, also Guineas' payments, close with the Secretary, Ashhurst. on Saturday, December 2nd, at 9 p.m. Handicaps! will be declared on or about December 15th Acceptances close on Monday, December 18th. at 9 p.m. The necessary fee must accompany each entry, and the names of houses must be registered with the Racing Conference.
