WELLINGTON. This day. At the Supreme Court this morning | Robert Prust was found guilty of burglary and was sentenced to eighteen months' hard labour. John Hamilton, for theft, got six months' hard labour. William Hughes, for breaking and entering, got twelve months' hard labour. DUNEDIN. This day. At the Supreme Court George Henry Tyler was acquitted of a charge of assaulting a child of tender years. The Tapanui murder case began at two o'clock this afternoon.
