The Strike a Failure

Foreign business in Prussia is at a standstill Hundreds of great concerns are on the verge of bankruptcy. The capitalists and Jews withdrew five million pounds through the Credit Lyonnaise alone.
The strike is a failure at Moscow and in the provinces. The Council of Workmen's Delegates in order to conceal their discomfiture claim to have produced a great effect on the army and navy and also to haye curbed the Government's reactionary tendencies. They urge the worksr3 to prepare for a final encounter with the bloody monarchy. The stiikers burnt a large number of shops in St. Petersburg on Sunday night because they refused to close.
