A New Danger
(Received Nov. 21, at 8 47 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 20. The troops at Warsaw get out of hand frequently and shoot innocent citizens. They arrested 200 people in a church at Lodz, the Polish manufacturing centre, for singing patriotic songs. When vthe onlookers in the street protested, the soldiers lired, killing and wounding several persons. They refused to obey the reactionaries' orders to wreck Count Tolstoi's estate.
A total of 120,000 reservists, chiefly from European Russia, will shortly be disbanded.
