The winner of any flat race after publication of weights to carry penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a further penalty of 51b, or if he think fitthe handicapper may rehandicap the winner of any race or races' of the collective value of £150 or over after declaration of weights. Definition of a Hack. Hack means a horse that has not, at time of nomination, won a race of the value of 80 soys or over or races of the collective value of 200 soys. Nominations, Weights and Acceptances. Nominations for all races, and entries for the Maiden Scurry, also Guineas' payments, close with the Secretary, Ashhurst. on Satnrday, December 2nd, at 9 p.m. - Handicaps will be declared on or about December 12th ". Acceptances close on Saturday, December 16th. at 9 p.m.. The necessary fee must accompany each entry, and the names of heses must be registered with the Racing Conference. Ashhurst Guineas, 1903. The second payment of 10s 6d, due night of general entry, Saturday, December 2nd, 1905. i Ashhurst Hack Guineas, 1907. ■ Nominations will be received on or belore Wednesday, 24th January, 1906, for the Ashhurst Hack Guineas, of 100 guineas, second horse to receive 20 guineas, and the third horse 10 guineas from the stake.
