(Eeceived November 17, at 8.45 am ) -.:.r.3Bs ST. PETEESBUEG, Nov. 16. :i Al meeting was held of the Central Labour Committees. Vera Sassulitch. an-Anarchist, presiding. The meeting declared the Czar's Government was making its way over the corpses of the people. A resolution was passed stating that if. necessary the workers would again show their formidable power by a political strike, evincing a solidarity similar to that of the Eronstadt mutineers and the revolting proletariat. One speaker said: " Let the war cry of the strikers be 'Down with the court martial and the death" penalty and the declaration of a state of war in Poland and throughout Eussia.' " .
