The Sounds Excursion. Once, again there is announced the delightful summer cruise to the West J Coast Sounds of the. South Island, j Those who have Dever visited the magnificent fiords of New Zealand, with their charming scenery, should certainly J avail themselves of the attractive and ; enjoyable excursion which the Union Steamship Company of New Zealand provides ■ once a year. The steamer Waikare, a ship of most complete equipment and marvellous comforlr, hasagaia been placed on special comrjaissiorj. The sailing date on this occasion, is Saturday, 6th. January, 1906, from Dunedin. The trip will, altogether,^ occupy about two weeks, three days>pf which will be . spent in Milford Sound, in order that excursionists .may visit the Sutherland Falls — qui^e the highest waterfall in the worjd.' The exclusive return fare .from Dunedin is from £15 upwards. It is seldom such an enjoyable and healthy jaunt can be secured for so moderate an outlay.
