A Woman Leads the Rioters.

(Received November 15, at 8.29 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 14.

During the recent riots at Reval, a widow named Linda, dressed in red, led the rioters. When they had assembled in the square the woman mounted a lamp post and shouted defian c to the Governor's warning that unless the mob disuersed in 15 minutes the troops would fire. Two volleys were then fired and Linda was shot dead, one hundred and nine rioters were fatally injured and 26 others wounded.

The St. Petersburg branch of the Union of Unions is appealing to all the branches to protest again t martial law in Poland on the grpund that it is illegally directed against the Polish liberation movement.
