Judgment for the plaintiff for the ••amount claimed with costs was entered in the following undefended cases:— O'Connor and Tydeman (Mr Moore) v. •J. H. Trimmer, £3 2s, costs and fee 18s ; Nash and Co. (Mr Hurley) v. J. Canavon, £2 0s 9d, costs and fee 10a ; same v. E. Hunter,.£-2 45,-costs 10s; L. Simmons (Mr Hurley; v. H. Kerrigan, £1 ■6s lid, costs and fee 23s 6d ; C. H. Usmar (Mr Meatyard) v. E. P. Dell, £1, •costs and fee 23s 6d. Nash and Co. (?\Jr Hurley) v. Jas. Harper, £4 2s 3d, costs and fee 10s- • JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Baker and Sons (Mr Hankins) v. P. A. Cooper (Mr Cooke) claim £22 Is, amount due for horse hire. Debtor was examined as to his financial position. Be said he had earned £52 in seven weeks and his expenses had totalled £63. He offered £5 on the 2nd November and /the balance at £1 per month. An order was accepted in the terms of the offer made by the debtor. ffiash. & Co. (Mr Hurley) v. Joe Lee, •claim £1 10s (kl. Order made for payment forthwith in default three days' .imprisonment.
Leigh and Co. (Mr Innes) v. G. Hall .(Mr Mowlem), claim £4 10s, aniounc alleged to be due for commission on •the sale of a bakery business in town. After hearing the evidence adduced ;:ind counsel at the termination of the case, the :S.M. gave judgment for the amount claimed with costs and fee.
"VV. Welch (Mr Harden) v. J. Hunter (Mr Moore), claim £18 10s, rent due ifor a -shop and dwelling in Broadstreet. Judgment -was given for the amount claimd with costs £1 7s and solicitor's fee £16s. :
