The Palmerston Seat.
The electors are reminded of the address to be delivered at the Opera House this evening by Mr Fred. Pirani. The interest in politics this year is far greater than it has been for some years past, and there will doubtless be a large attendance of electors to hear Mr Pirani's views. The dress circle and stalls will be open, but the pit will not be used for the meeting. The following will be the leading subjects dealt with:—
Mr Pirani's position in politics. Parliamentary Reform. The Land Question. Workmen's Homes. Higher Education. Agricultural and Dairy College. PermanentEndowmentfor Education, Financial Reform. Superannuation. ~
Assured Finance for Local Bodies, Electrical Energy for the District, The Gorge Bridge and Road.
