International Exhibition

CHRISTCHURCH, August 25. Complete arrangements have been made to advertise .the. New Zealand International Exhibition throughout the world. A copy of the official notice regarding the exhibition has been sent to all the principal newspapers in the world, every merchant and manufacturer in the world, and supplies of the same _ have been forwarded to the agencies of shipping companies, to all Banks, merchants, and shipping agencies, in Japan, "China, India, Ceylon and the Straits Settlements for distribution.
Canada and the United Statss have been fully provided for and supplies have been sent to all the British Consuls in foreign parts as well as to all foreign commercial correspondents. The British Board of Trade and the High Commissioner for New Zealand in London have received a large supply iot distribution in Great Britain and the Continent of Europe, and have also been asked to have-the official notice translated into French, and printed and circulated throughout Europe. Mr Hogben, the Inspector-General of Schools, has informed the Home Industries Committee of the Exhibition that the Education Department is prepared to provide an exhibit which shall be representative of the recent educational methods, particularly of the work of the manual and'the technical classes.
