Abraham and "Williams, Ltd., report: —At Palmerstori North on Thursday we had a full yarding of cattle for which a better demantl existed and every lot was disposed of with the exception of one pen of bixllocks for which £8 10s was offerod and refused. Sheep were in short supply. Ewes with Jambs made 27s 3d to 295, wethers 21s 6d, full mouth crossbred ewes 7s 4d, hoggets 17s 3d. Cattle: Forward bullocks £6 8s 6d, 3-yr bullofiks £4 16s, 2-yr steers £3 11s, yearling to 18-mos steers £2 Bs, 18 mos heifers £2 3s, weaners 20a to 265, yearlings 33s to 38s 6d, springing heifers M 10s to £5 7s, heifers in calf £3 2s 6d to j£4, springing cows £5 to £7 15s, cows in calf Jt'3 to £5, store cows 2Ss 6d to £2 17s 6d.
