"Agnostic's " Letter.
(To the Editor)
Sik, —Permit me just a line ot iiwo to say that I have no intentiomof replying to the letter signed " Agnostic " in-your issue of last night. The writer qsiotes from a letter of mine, and seeks: to reply to it, and skulks behind a'nom-de-plume while doing so. Bat apart from that, the letter is not .worthy of a reply, and I am surprised iyou did'not consign it to its proper destination, the waste paper basket. But" Agnostio-'s " letter has this value, thatit.i.. another reminder of the fact that the strongest opposition to Bible-in-schoo.ls comes from infidels and Roman, Catholics. The question for .-Protestant. Christians to answer is how-long are they going to permit people of that type to deprive their children of Bible lessons in. the schools.—l am, .etc., • '' Isaac. Jolu.
