"My Soldier Boy."
Zealandia Hall.
To-morrow evening the Eoscius Dramatic Society intend staging the military comedy-drama "My Soldier Boy," this being the sixth piece they have produced during the last year, a successful performance having each time been the result. The Society have, by their attention to detail, overcome the prejudice that is usualljr felt towards local talent, and are rapidly gaining fayou. with the playgoing public. "My Soldier Boy" is a splendid little comedy-drama, being mirth provoking and generally amusing. A particular feature in connection with it is the dressing of tlie parts, and judging by the previous s_.e_ess of the Society, _t fine production is assured. Their efforts should be rewarded by a bumper Iwrnse. It is also ku.iounccd that the Municipal Brass Baad will march from the post office and play a programme of selections until 8 o'clock.
