Senator Power, of Canada, has denounced the abandonment of the Halifax and Esquimault naval station, on the ground that the tendency will be to sever the ties of Empire. Mr Scott, Secretary of State, has endorsed the statement. FRENCH FLEET TO VISIT ! ENGLAND. LONDON, March 29. The French fleet will visit Spithead in the summer. MISS ADA CROSSLEY.
