(Per Press Association),
AUCKLAND, This day. A sequel to the Premier's meeting on Tuesday is the issue of informations by William Richardson, the well-known temperance orator, against the chairman of the meeting, the Hon. Mitchelson (mayor of Auckland), Mr Nerheny (president of the Auckland Liberal Labour Federation^ and Inspector Cullen, charging them with assaulting him on that occasion. Richardson alleges he was assaulted when attempting to enter the Drill Hall to attend the meeting, and subsequently when he tried to ascend the platform to move an amendment to the resolution of confidence in the Premier.
