To start at 5.30 pm Penalties. The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a further penalty of <31d in flat races. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half of the above penalties. Owners are responsible for penalties. Definition of a Hack. Hack means a.horse that has not, at tune of nomination, won a race of the value of 80 soys or'over or races of the collective value of 200 soys since August Ist} io9y. ; Nominations, Weights and Acceptances. Nominations will be received on or before Wednesday, 25th January, 1905, for the Ashhurst Hack Guineas, 1906, of 100 guineas, second horse to receive2oguineas, and the third horse 10 guineas from th« stakes.
