The Black Family.
That the talented Black Family have become exceedingly popular with the public was amply proved by the largo audience that witnessed the concert at the Lyceum Theatre last evening. Pressure on our space forbids alengthy reference to the performance, but intending .patrons during the season may rest assured of a most enjoyable evening's entertainment. An excellent and diversified programme was produced last'night and each item was loudly and deservedlyapplauded. Miss Nellie Black .appeared to great advantage in each of her vocal and instrumental items, and • • the same remark applies to each member of: tho family; applause being bestowed lavishly upon each.
