i The Orchestral Society will give their next concert on August 30. The Zealand** Hall in Broad-street has been secured^ for the concert, where no diffieulty will bo experienced in seating the public. I. will be remembered that at the last coocsrt a large number were turned away owing to the Lyceum Theatre being crowded. We learn on good authority that the programme will eclipse anything previously submitted to ', tbe public, it will include, amongst other items, the famous G. Minor Concerto by Mendelsohn for piano and orchestra. Mr Gunter at the piano, Mozart's migic flute overture, a splendid selection from the "Casino Girl," '* Invitation a Lt Valse " (Weber), and "SalutD'amcur" (Elgar). will a!,so be performed by the orchestra.
