Snow, £6, costs and fee 23s Gd • Parkins and Att field (Mr Wither) v. J. McTaggart, £5 5s <Jd, costs and fee 23s Gd ; H. Arnott (Mr Jnnes) v. W. Brady, £12 19s 9c,\ 1 costs? and fee 30s (>d ; M. Cottle (Mr Meatyard) v. A. Rosanoski, £1 10s, costs 5s ; Millar and Giorgi (Mr Moore) v. J. E. Jensen, £3 7s 9d, costs and fee 235. DEPENDED CASES. W. M. Service and E. Burns (Mr Hurley) v. Oates, Lowry, and Co. (Mr Baldwin), claim £30, connnis'sion aliened to bfe due on the s.-ilc' of a motor car. The case was partly heard last Court day and adjourned till to-day. The defence set up was that the car had been sold through the agency of Mr T. C. Fowler, and. not through the plaintiffs. Evidence was given this morning by Mr J. Tennent, purchaser of the car, as to the circumstances leading up to his purchase of it. Counsel addressed the Court at length, ' both on the facts and the law. 0. Austin, who accompanied Mr Tennent when he went to the plaintiff Burns' shop, was called by the Court, and gave evidence corroborative of that given by Burns as to what took place at the shop when witness and Mr Tennent wont there and met Burns and subsequently Edmondson, agents for the 6-jfend.iiits in charge of the car.' Judgment was reserved. Morford • Cottle (Mr Meatyard) v. S. T. Hunt (Mr Baldwin), claim £5 10s, balance of amount due k.v dental services. The, amount was disputed on the grounds that certain false teeth made were not satisfactorily fitted, and were of no value to the patient.
