LONDON, May 20. News has been received that the notorious bandit Raisuli has captured, at Tangier, an American millionaire named Perdicaris, and Varley, his British son-in-law. He demands a heavy ransom, arid, also, the release .of several imprisoned pandits. Britain and America insist that the Sultan accept Raisuli's terms. _A warship has been ordered to Tangier_j
