Cheistchurch, May 18. Charles Humphrey, 63 years of age was found on the road near Kowai bush yesterday. The deceased was unmarried and had been suffering from weakness of the heart for some time. It is improbable that an inquest will be held.

Thomas Langdon, of Langdon and Steel, butchers, dropped down dead on tbe footpath, opposite his residence at Papanui. He had been suffering from heart disease for some time.
