The annual football fixture between the teams representative of the firms of Abraham and Williams, Ltd , 3rd Barraud and Abraham, Ltd., was played on the showground yesterday. lost year's result was reversed, the latter team winning by 9to 3. After the match Mrs R. S. Abraham presented the Cup to tho winners. Mr A. N, Gibbons refereed.
Tae following will represent the Palmerston North Juniors in their match with Rongotea at Roriolea on Saturday : — Duncan, Elliott Ward Sim-vo-Watson, Wingate, K.
