(Per Press Association—Copyright) LONDON,-March 13: An unconfirmed report; is 'being circulated at Shanghai, Ohefoo, and lOKio that tho Russians have practically abandoned Port Arthur and exploded their warships. is really known is that the Russians are concentrating at two points on the western side of Liao-tun-g Peninsula>in anticipation- of tho Japanese landing.
