There is no official forecast of the Governor's speech at the opening of the Federal Parliament to-day. Tiie Ad-dress-in-lieply will probably not be moved till Thursday or the date will be adjourned after the mover and seconder have spoken to allow the members an op])ortuuity to consider the speech.
Holder's election as Speaker is considered ccrtaiu.
