Palmerston Guards.

The Guards held the first competition for the N.Z. Clothing Factory's cup on Saturday. Wednesday competitors at these ranges are reminded that firing commences at 2 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon. Ammunition will be on the ground. The second match will probably take place next Saturday. The scores at the 200 and 300 yards ranges were as follow :—
