Motor Scorching.
(Per Preiss Association—Copyright) ■ Received to-day at 5.35 a.m. LONDON, Yesterday. Mr Arthur Balfour's motor-driv-er was thrice fined for scorching "when the Premier was riding- in the car. The Liberal Press condemned Mr Balfour's repeated breaches of n law of liis own making.
