Dowen moved that the Government bo requested to prepare a return to bo laid before the Council at the beginning of next session, showing (1) Tho amount transferred from the Land Assurance Fund account to tho Lsoal Bodies' sinking fund account frcai the 81st Marob, 3931. to 31st March 1903 ; and (2) Tbe amount standing to the credit of tho Land Association fund on 31st March; 1903.
