HUGE BANK-NOTE FORGERIES. Bank-note forgery on a large scale has been discovered in Warsaw. A factory of Russian bank-notes, postoffice orders, and postage stamps seems to have flourished for the last four years, and an enormous number of 500 rouble (£SO) notes have been put into circulation. The leaders of the-gang of forgers have been-arres-ted: The National Banks have cashed about £400,000 worth of forged notes, and private losses amount to at least £90,000. '•' AN IMPOUNDED TRAIN..
