New Yobk, Wednesday. The Morgan Shipping Combine is incorporated at Trenton, New Jersey, under the designation of tho Inter, national Mercantile Mrrine Company with o panital of J20,0pp,000 dollars, Mr Morgan is not* a director. Mb Clinton Edward Dawkms, a partner of the firm of J. S. Morgan Company, and Chairman of the British Committee; Mr W. J. Pv.rle, of flarland and Wolffs, and Mr Ismay, of the White Star Line, are members. It is believed they are working arrangements with the Cunard Line.
