Sydney, Monday. Eastern files give details of th volcanic eruption at Torigima Island,' Bonin Group, early in the present month. H-ige volumes of smoke and sand were emitted from tho centre of the Island, the shape of which has entirely changed. There were 100 residents on the Island, and their fate is
