He had beon urging that for some time, and hoped tbey could arrive at on agreement to bring it about. If it was arranged it would give an iaereoscd service to New PlymouUi, arid certainly to Palmerston. He was trying to arrange an agreement that would rnako tho set: viod on the lino a very much better ono than it was vow.
