Sir Josoph Ward arrived from New Plymouth this morning. There was no public business to-day, and he addresses a public meeting to-niccht. He proceeds to Paeroa and Wnihi on Wednesday and returns on Thursday. He states positively there is no truth in the statement that he will stand for Wellington City. He will not leave the 4wa.rua constituenpy
