A Troublesome Commando.

CAPETOWN, Sunday. The magistrate at Vryburg ineffectually appealed to Van Zyl and a commando of thirty surrendered Boers, promising early disfranchisement. The commando is unwilling to be kept prisoners, but is willing to go the Burgher Camp.
