If a quorum is not then available the meeting will be farther ad ourned until the evening. Since furnishing his last report to the Borough Council tbo registrar ol dogs has registered 20 canitfts, mostly through the-instrumentality of the S.M. Court. There are now 605 -dogs registered in the borough, as against 483 last year, and it is estipjated that there are still another 100 to come in yet. Messrs W. Dimook aud Co., tbo wellknown bacon outers, aek us to state that in addition to fourpenoo per pound, they will give a bonus of one penny per pound on all first quality pige delivered beforo 81st October, 1902.
