Poultry Association.

A well attended meeting of tho above was held at the secretary's ollico last evening. Mr 11. J. Manson occupied the chair. A huge amount of eorrcspondenco was received relative to the forthcomin" show in July. ° It was resolved to procure 250 pens froji tho Wellington society. An off r from Mr W. Blowers, Government Grader, to judge dressed poultry, and give lectures in trussing and dressing at tno Show, was occopted with thanks. Mr J. J. Casey was appointed as ono of the judges for the various exhibits. It w,is decided io havo an exhibition of crimming birds at tho Show, Mr \V. Green, of tho I'aton Co-Operative Association, haviug consented to work the machine. A special prize of XI Is was donatrd by Mr H. Broad for tho best bird in ihe bhow owned 'Hid exhibited by a lady membf-r of the association.
