DROWNING ACCIDENTS.
(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Per Press Association.) Received January 8, at 9.-17 a.m. London", January 7. A boat crossing a river in Spain capsized and twenty-three vrere drowned. In a collision off Gape Finistere the steamer Allona with a crew of eighteen men from Liverpool were all drowned. Pebth, January S. Tho boating fatality was caused by a capsize during a squall. Mine were'ou board, but five managed to swim ashore.
