Cheistchtjech, October 31. •There was a double market at Addiugton yesterday, as there will be no sale next week, on account of the races.

Fat Cattle.—The number yarded was .272, mostly prime steers. Best beef 24s to 275; other, 21s *o 235; prime heavy steers, £10 to £12; ofch?rs, £7 17s 6d to £9; prime heifers, £8 to £10 15s; heifers, 10s to £1 10s , prime cows, £7 to £9 ; others, £5 to £6 10s. Store Cattle— About 300 yarded, mostly good sorts. A better demand prevailed. Yearlings. £1 17s ;15to 18 months, £1 to ss; 2-year stores, £4 8s; 3-year, £5 15s ; 2-year heifers, £3 2? 6d to £B 6s; 3-year, £5 13s 6d to £5 15s; dry cows, £2 to £310s, Dairy cows, of which there were about 100, met with a very dull sale, at £8 to £8.

Fat Shsep— A mixed supply of about 5000. Crossbred W6thers, ia wool, 18s to 22s 5d ; shorn, 11s 6(31 to 17s lid • woolly ewes, 14s lOd to 19s 6d ; shornj 7s lOd to 13s 6d; woolly merino wethers 12s fid to 21s 9d ; shorn, 12s 23 to 13s. . Fat Lambs—The 500 penned wore taken by butchers at 11s 6d to 16s 3d. Store Sbeep - Over 2000 penned, nearly all, shorn wethers and ewes, with 100 per cent. to. 150 per cent, of lambs. Shorn wethers sold at 8a 6d to 12s 6d ; ewes, with lambs, 7s to 9s (all counted).Pigs numbered 450. Baconers, 35s to 523 6d. equal to'3jd; porkers, 20s to 33s ; equal to 4d.
