THE FREEDOM OF DUBLIN.

The Dublin Corporation by 49 to 9 voted the freedom of the city to Mr A. P. MeHugh, M.P. for North Leitrim. recently released • after serving a sentence for criminal libel. A scene followed on the Unionist members of the Corporation declaring that the freedom ■was not intended for law breakers.
