HelyHutchinson, bidding farewell to the Oape, says that the Duchess and himself were touched and gratified by tke warm enthusiasm shown during their visit. His Eoyal Highness expresses the hope that peace will soon be restored, and that a spirit of mutual forbearance and reconciliation will be infused into the hearts of the people.
