The House met at 10.30.
This.morning the adjourned debate on the second reading of the Land for Settlements Act Amendment Bill wa3 resumed and carried on until the luncheon adjournment, the speakers being Messrs Buddo, Herries, Rennet, Napier, Barclay, Graham, and Hornsby.
