There were only moderate entries and a small attendance at Addington market to-day. ' Pat cattle — 212 head. Quotations —18 months' cattle £T 9s, two-year-olds,^ to £3 7s. ~. Pat sheep—A good yarding met an active market. Best freezers 15s 9d to 18s 6d, butchers' prime wethers up to 17s 3d, good ewes up to 15s 9d, merino wethers 12s 9d to 14s 6d. Fat lambs—lsoo penned. These met keen competition. Best 13s to 15s Gd, others 10s to 12s 3d. Store sheep—About 2000, came forward. The sale lacked animation. Sound-mouth crossbreds" lls to 14s 9d, lambs 9s to 9s 3d. Pigs—A large entry. Baconers 35s to 50s 6d, porkers 20s to 31s, stores 10s to 21s Gd.
