The case was heard last Court day and this morning judgment was given for the lull amount claimed with costs £2 6s. Leave to appeal was granted. E. Jones (Mr Innes) r. Gamman and to. (Mr Loughnan), claim £-14s, wa^es and money stated to be due in lieu of notice. After hearing evidence judgment was given for the plaiatiff for £2 2s, amount previously paid into Court. Defendant was allowed 16s 6d costs.

A. Me (Mr Innes) v. Gamman and to. (Mr Loughnan) claim £6 6s The case was similar to the last one. Judsment.was given for the amount pa?d into Court, £2 2s, and defendant allowed los 6d.
