COLD-BLOODED MASSACRE OF BOXERS.
London, Septembor 1. A letter writton by the Viceroy of Paotingfu has beon intercepted. It states that Tao-tai, Viceroy of Shanghai, invited two thousand Boxers to a feast at the commencement of the trouble.
During the meal a force of Imperial soldiery, acting on tha orders of Taotai, slaughtered the whole number.
