The interprovincial match Auckland v. Otago, resulted in a tie, each team scoring three. The match between Wanganui Collegiate School and Christ's College (Christchurch) was played at Petone on Saturday, the Wanganui team winning by 8 points to 3. In the final match for the championship, played on Saturday, between Greytown and Carterfcon, the Litter won by eight to six. Hawke's Bay defeated Poverty Bay by 13 to 3.
