Walters claim £8 7s, costs 28s (Mr Hankins). JUDGMENT SUMMONS. j C. M. Ross & Co. v. A. Shearsby, i claim £5 13s 3d. Mr Innes appeared for the judgment creditor, and asked for an order. Order made for payment on or before June 15, or in default 7 days' imprisonment. DEFENDED CASES. j J. Woulfe v. Mrs Bresnahan,- claim j JE4 10s and 10s damages. Mr Moore appeared for the plaintiff, i and the defendant conducted her own case. It appears that plaintiff was staying at j defendants boardinghouse, and after he had paid his account defendant refused to give up his portmanteau, alleging that he was responsible for the board of a j friend of his who was staying there at the ( same time. Plaintiff denied this liability and now asked the Court to make an order for the return of the portmanteau. Order made accordingly, with 10s damages and 32s costs. I
