ATTACK ON JACOBSDAL.
London, February 18. General Delarey, who came' north from Cape Colony to reinforce General Cronje's forces, having previously been engaged in directing the Boer army around Colesberg, disobeyed the order to retreat, and attacked Jacobsdal on the 15th, despite the fact that the Red Cross flag was flying over the town.
