(UNITED PREBB ASSOCIATION..) . . &UMARA, Friday: Mr It. J. Seddon addressed his constituents at Dillinanstown last night. He referred to thu questions dealt with, last sesiiou, and said tho result of Mr Russell's motion proved the whole thing to be a well-planned seberae to stop the half-million being spent on publio works, and with the same money to purchase more political railways. He objected to excessive borrowing. A vote of thanks and confidence was carried unauimously.
