(united press association;) Wellington, Wednesday. A private meeting o£ the shareholders m the Colonial Insurance 'Company was hold last evening, hiit tli e Pressroprcsenlativ.:s were not admitted. It is however understood t'>at a long discussion took place relative to tiie management of the company's business by the hoard oE directors, and that, m accordance with a resolution which was unanimously passed, steps jpill at once be taken to call an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of discussing the question of management. About twenty shareholders were present. . •' ■
