(by electric telegraph-copybight.) (reuter'b telegrams..) Cairo, Oct. 23. : A reduction of the Egyptian Army has been recommended byLord Northbrook. If carried out it will have the effect of largely reducing the number of British officers employed by the Khedive. With the exception of 10. all of them will resign their present appointments.
